When you contact us through forms, chat, email or telephone, we process the contact details and enquiry content you provide. Store features may involve account, cart and order data. Page requests involve technical information processed by the server and hosting provider, including IP address and request parameters. Do not submit information that is unnecessary for answering your enquiry.

Enquiry information is used to respond, provide advice and take the steps you request, including before entering a contract. Order information supports contract performance and legal obligations. Necessary technical information supports website operation and security. Optional cookies, analytics and advertising require separate consent. Refusing them does not prevent browsing or submitting an ordinary contact form.

Cookie choices are retained for 6 calendar months. Other cookie periods appear below. Information about enquiry and customer-data retention is available using the contact details above. Contractual and accounting records are retained according to applicable statutory obligations.

The website uses hosting and email providers and, following the relevant consent, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Maps, YouTube, Google Fonts and Tidio. Their servers may be outside the Republic of Moldova. Current information on processing and international transfers is available in Google's policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Tidio's policy (tidio.com/privacy-policy). An installed plugin does not mean that all its features are enabled.

Processing is subject to Moldovan Law No.195 of 25 July 2024, effective from 23 August 2026. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact comanda@aprocomteh.md. You may contact Moldova's National Centre for Personal Data Protection at datepersonale.md.

Open «Cookie settings» in the footer. «Accept all» allows all listed optional categories; «Necessary only» and «Reject all» deny them; «Save settings» applies your individual choice. Closing settings without saving does not give consent. A new policy version prompts a new choice. This website can delete only cookies on its own domain; third-party domain cookies can be removed through your browser settings.

Cart cookies are used only when you use the shopping cart. Analytics lifetimes are defaults and may be limited by your browser. External services may also use their own storage technologies.

Remember your cookie choice and support requested website features, including the shopping cart. This category cannot be disabled.

Remember the catalogue view and allow Tidio chat, Google Maps, YouTube videos and Google Fonts to load. Loading external content sends technical device and request information to its provider. These services are blocked without consent.

Google Analytics measures visits and website use. It is not loaded before consent. Withdrawal deletes accessible analytics cookies and stops analytics event collection.

Allow the connected Google AdSense service and advertising technologies when enabled in the website configuration. Used to display and measure advertising. Disabled by default.
